Superior LED Technology with Our Super-thin Energy Spreaders
Since 2002, TGI has partnered with Aircraft Interior Lighting Industrial. We have dedicated most of our engineering force to creating an effective and innovative heat-management method. The resultant breakthrough can not only provide efficient heat dissipation, but can also allow light engines to remain dust- and water-proof.
Conventional heat management relies largely on aluminum heat sinks. They have good thermal conductivity but are encumbered by terribly high thermal resistance. Copper heat spreaders, on the other hand, are better in terms of heat conductivity and resistance, however, they are hard to manage and mold. They are also heavy and relatively expensive.
Super-thin Energy Spreader vs. Aluminium/Copper Spreaders
Thermal Management Structure
Our patented super-thin energy spreaders possess none of the drawbacks of aluminum and copper heat spreaders, and they can spontaneously create air flow to dissipate heat into ambient air. Furthermore, they are inexpensive, lightweight and most importantly, extremely thin and compact in size. They can also withstand harsh temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C . According to the US Department of Energy, "Although most LEDs' are more durable than traditional light bulbs, inadequate heat management can cause color shifts in the short-run and significantly accelerate the lumen depreciation in the long-run, which shortens the LEDs' useful lives."
What makes us better than our competitors? It's our unique, pioneering heat-management method, which maintains the color output of LEDs' and lengthens their useful lives. You will not regret choosing our company's unique LED lighting solutions.
